My opinion about this project :

As we review this first semester at the heart of the capstone project, I am satisfied with this experience. The project went well.

​

First of all, the theme of the project interests me a lot: working on the development of a business like Unica Deli pharma is a first for me, I have already realized a project like this one during my studies but more on the communication side. I am therefore interested in this new approach and very involved in the rest of the project. 

 

As far as the real progress of the project is concerned, I think we have succeeded in identifying what was asked of us, the expectations of our project owner.

Finally, this project is stimulating in the sense that you feel really useful and create value for a company: you try to provide concrete solutions

​

 

Difficulties faced : 

​

Concerning the first difficulties that I think we have encountered, I think they are mainly related to team management. There was the difficulty of the language first of all, then we didn't all have the same backgrounds, this is certainly a strength in some cases but sometimes a difficulty. There is also the problem of course schedules to arrange appointments. 

​

My personal difficulty was to dare to take responsibility within the team and then to hold them. You have to dare to propose ideas, it's not easy. 

​

 

As far as the content of the project is concerned, the difficulty has been not to get lost in terms of areas for improvement because the subject is very broad and you have to stay organized.  

Moreover, working on a student self can be a barrier because the target is quickly limited so you have to see original ways to increase the company's profits.

What I learn :  

​

In terms of what I have learned and what this project has brought me so far, there are many elements. 

​

At the level of skills:

• I developed a professional attitude, and thus matured and took responsibility. 

• I developed my critical thinking skills by thinking about a problem that I found areas for improvement. 

• I managed to work in an international team managing team management. 

• Acquired project management skills 

• Develop my communication and organizational skills. 

​

On the level of knowledge :

• I understood a lot about business, elements of project management through reading during the capstone project.

• I have learned about several management tools (trello, blogg, MT universe).

• I learned how Unica and the Finnish system works for consumers, managers from the experience of Julien Baker.

What to improve : 

​

Finally, I will finish this assessment on what I owe and we must improve for the second half of the year. I think I can improve my initiative and responsibility. I think that a level of the group will have to anticipate the tasks more in order to be more organized. 

​

Finally, I think we should get to know each other better as a team, get to know each other and know each other's strengths, weaknesses and motivations in order to use each other's strengths and make everyone feel effective and motivated.
