About the event. Everything went very well, the winner was a passionate photographer, we had enough participants thanks to good communication and a lot of commitment. We managed the event, the dead lines and the winner's prize very well. We are satisfied with our event because we reached our goal.

We are really satisfied of the number of follower that we had, it was what we expected, Our commitment rate is very hight. A good commitment rate is 10% so our is very good.

 

Our page has been very visited thanks to the presence of two well-known participants, we had a story visited by more than 300 people and we had a photo liked by 328 people. And more than 300 votes to our stratistics.

In addition, many of the participants shared their publications and thus our page with their followers And we received really good feedback of our event of our friends and one message of a girls :

Opinion of the event  :

About my opinion of the organization of this event, I think there were some difficulties. The first one was the lack of involvement in the project of the whole team, two of the members of the group did not work together, which complicated the creation of the event.In addition it was difficult to manage the event remotely, to find meeting time and to get the involvement of the whole team. However, in spite of these inequalities in terms of the work provided, we managed to achieve our objectives. On my side thanks to this project I developed a lot of skills, community manager, project manager... At the project level it will be necessary to be more rigorous on the dates to be announced in advance and on the voting process that isn't pofessional. However, we managed to bounce back, to be versatile, and to adapt to this situation, so I draw a positive balance sheet.
