On the 7th november with Jesus we have made our first trainning session of 3 hours together. 

 

We have presented this training to the Elenum team. It’s our cooperative for this years. Every thursday we participated to their training session in english.

Concerning our training we have decided to choose the marketing sport because both we love practice sport and so the marketing in this field interested is a lot. Furthermore, we thought that this topics supposed to interest a lot our team because we know that they love sport and we make golf training session together. 

 

About our way to work, first we had chosen the topic and selected what we want to learn to other about it. And after we had divided the work between us. It was pretty easy because we were on the same wavelength. We made a google slide in order to fill it both instantly. 

I think the hardest thing was not to find content but to anticipate and plan the time of the exercises, articulate the training during the 3 hours. 

 

Before our training we had send a pre-task to the elenum team we had received a lot's of answer

"Camille and Jesús had prepared very carefully. They had a good introduction presentation to the topic and good discussion tasks. They had good articles about the topic and asked students to discuss about them in teams. They had also videos as triggers to the discussion tasks. In the end of the training session they had a quiz about the issues and facts discussed during the training session.  Obviously that made students excited. I appreciate the way they arranged the training.

 

What I would expect a little more was the discussion and communication between Camille and Jesús and the team. We talked about this and agreed that the reason is the language. It is not easy to comment spontaneously if you can’t find the words. This is a problem I have talked about with my own team. If they give a task, they should comment the productions the teams has presented. Usually they forget that."
