my tasks for the event
During this event I tried to follow all the tasks of each one and to coordinate and sometimes supervise the whole.
I have invested myself in this group work by performing both group and personal tasks.

Before the event

The whole associative side: I looked for associations: a benchmark of what students are interested in. I chose associations for the disabled. I found two potential associations. I sent emails and contact on facebook. I tried in English and Finnish but no answers: Here are the emails:
I decided to choose Invalidittoo because it has an online platform to make donations.

Simulation and planning of the tournament. I was in charge of organizing the matches so I simulated the matches according to the teams we would have and the time available: Here is my excel chart:

Organisation of the match process by managing the match planning. Match announcement

After the event

Follow-up of the procedure of the donations by finding a solution with Emmanuel to make the donation
