Collaborative Management
On the Thusday 30 of January, I went to the training session of Anaelle, member of the Sekoitus team about collaborative management.
Collabrative marketing is a set of marketing techniques aimed at involving consumers in the definition and dissemination of the company offer's.
I was a very interesting topics for me because I would like in the field of the marketing laters on.
She started by explained to us what is the WEB 2.0 because without this notion is complicated to understand this topics. Web 2.0 means sharing, proximity and community.

After we did the first task, the aim was to find a finish campaign of collaborative marketing. With my group we choose
FINAVIA with the campain : 30 day challenge : #Live in HEL. I discovered this campaign during our research and it's an amazing campaign.
The third of this training was to explain the 8 step to create a collaborative marketing strategy.

After we did the second task, the objective was to create our own strategy of collaborative marketing. With my team we decided to create a collaboration between fazer factory and their customer: the collaboration was to ask to customers of Fazer chocolate to propose a new design of packaging for chocolate tablet. After we will vote on instagram the best idea. It's an exemple of collaborative marketing.
In closing, this super training session, Anaelle explained to us what is the benefit ( create a proximity and reduce the cost ) and the limits ( be carefull to the bad buz and fraiming the campain well) of the collaborative marketing.
I really enjoyed this training it was perfectly complete and interesting. All the task were challenging and rewarding and there were lots of knowlegdes and advices so I appreciated participate to this session.
