Crisis Communication
On the Thursday 19 of March, I had to present my training of 3 hours to the Evesoc team. Due to the current situation I realized a training about Crisis Communication.
I thought that it can be usefull to cooperative to know more about this subject during this time of crisis. But the difficulty of this training was the fact that school are closed now so my training was online. It was the first time for me and for all the team.
It was very difficult to adapt my training to online session and it took me lots of time. It was difficult too to find task that can be easily done at home. Thanks to the help of Emmanuel it was more easy he gave me lot of device.
So Iet you discover my powerpoint presentation here :
And I share with you my Motorola here, People were very satisfied about this training and it subject, they say that I had a good leadership and I knew well my subject ...
Finally I let you read the feedback of my coach Emmanuel :
"Short comments.
I had similar comments in earlier training ;-]
Good setting for online training.
Good theoretical inputs, well presented / summarised
Video was well chosen, well connected with the topic.
Gosh, too much theory all at once after the break and video, people needed to be active!!!
It was ok in the end, just a bit tight, could have been a mini task to train and understand the models
The task was really good.
You did really good work with asking questions regularly.
All tasks were led with confidence and the challenging of maintaining the flow in the online training was very well handled.
