On the Thursday 23 of Aril, I had to present my training of 2 hours to the Tofium team, I realized a training about Uberization like sharing and collaborative economy. 

I thought that it can be usefull to cooperative to know more about this subject to maybe used it for their coorperative at the business academy. The difficulty of this training was the fact that school are closed now so my training was online, and the subject of the training was specific because in the field of the economy so it needed me lots of time to select the right information.

I did lots of research to understand well the topic, how it works, what are the pros and cons, etc. But it's really interesting and I'm curious so I learned a lot thank to this training.

The difficulty was to create a training for only 2hours so it was specific, I did one big task and other reading and video to watch. I did a Padlet to have an interact training it was very cool because they participated a lot.

And I share with you my Motorola here, But my opinion about this training is moderate, because they did well the task but they were passive and not really active, so no interaction, they didn't answer to my question so quiet boring for me to work like that.
