On November 20th, I presented my training, the subject was team management. I chose this topic because I find it interesting and useful for our year at the business academy. I wanted all team members to understand the challenges of team management.
I prepared my training in a very structured and organized way in order to be on time and do a relevant training.

The activities were well suported, with live outputs (mindmaps), excellent!
The slide with 9 reasons is well resolving the task.
It could hav ebeen designed in a slightly more visual manner, for better remembering.
For example, you could have created the 9 elements on padlet and related them in bunches.
Good rythm with other activities.
Relatively good amount of pushed knowledge.
You had excellent leadership in the training, very well prepared.
YOu could ahve asked more individual contributions to participate for example in defining certain concepts
But you made use of good small teams based activities.
In the context of a cooperative, concrete situations in the past could have been used, or even future.
In the context of Sekoitus, ti could have been nice to talk about the team and same: past or future events

My training was a little complicated because there were some unforeseen things: we had to change rooms and make a video conference with the coach which delayed us. But it went very well despite everything. The team members have been very invested. You can see here the work they have done the tasks:
