Project

Continuation 

During the second semester, the objective was to find some solutions, because during the first semester we had defined the project, analyzed the organization, understood the problem, so now we had to find innovative ideas. 

In chronological order, first of all, before starting, we wanted to know the opinion of the customers about Unica restaurants, what they thought of the restaurant, what they liked less, what needed to be improved, so we designed a questionnaire and we went to 5 different restaurants to ask the consumers the questions. I enclose our questionnaire and the answers. 

 

Once this questionnaire was completed, we knew more about what needed to be improved, the visibility of the restaurant and its signage, it was still too little known. We then held a meeting with our project owner to present the results and discuss the next steps. 

 

The project was then broken down into different axes: 

 

1 ) To develop the restaurant's social networks, to envisage a new media strategy for this we had a meeting with the restaurant's community manager, which allowed us to create the strategy. 

 

2 ) Consider new signage for outdoor and indoor restaurants to identify it. I took charge of this part, which was my mission for the semester, to understand the role of signage and its importance in quality management: analysing the current signage, understanding why it was not going to be installed, considering new signage, proposing ideas I enclose my report. 

 

3) Propose a complete competitive study of competitors to propose a good pricing strategy. Here I join our  analysis : 

 

4 ) Consider redesigning the indoor restaurant to make it more cosy and user-friendly. Here I join our analysis : 

5) Develop a new graphic identity for the restaurant, We create new logo. I will show you the result. 

 

 

We have in parallel to these 4 axes, continue to carry out the tasks for the capstone project, publish on the blog, analyze the video performances of the other groups, and participate in the Capstones Project Showroom, I join you here the video that we presented. And the poster for the ICT show room. 

In conclusion this project went very well, we were at the end of this project by proposing to Julien Boulanger, solutions to develop the business of his restaurant and put some solutions in place. As far as the group project is concerned, we were very organized and efficient, it was for me an excellent professional experience.  Here I will join the final report of the project :
